If a match is dispute, a team will need to submit their MOSS files at a Staff members discretion

Every team representative will need to collect his members MOSS Files, combine them into one folder. and upload them.

Once your upload is completed, send the download to AaGuy on The Esports Hub Discord

Editing any of the MOSS folders content will get your team disqualified
 

Every player is responsible for his MOSS Anti-Cheat to be functional during the tournament.

If a player does not hand in his Moss folder when reqeusted to send the files, him and his team will be disqualified.

 

How To Submit MOSS Files

 

  • To submit your MOSS files, you must upload the files to an online cloud storage such as www.dropbox.com or any other online storage platform
  • You must Join our Discord Server then send the link to the files to the ESHUB Ironsight Staff, their Discord users are AaGuy#0654

Teams must take a screenshot of the scoreboard at the end of every round for more reliable proof in case of dispute.

Snipers:

-Only one sniper per team will be tolerated. The sniper may switch between rounds. Picking up a sniper from the ground is allowed.\

 

Emotes:

-Using the Emotes ingame as a mean to gain third person view advantage over the enemy is prohibited and will get your team disqualified from the tournament.The only moment a user may use these emotes is when every member of the opposite team is dead.
 

 

Match Set-Up
 

The Host is responsible in making sure that the map, gamemode and settings are correct.

Mode: Search & Destroy

Rounds:  9 Rounds

Best Out Of 3 Games.

 

Once every player enters the Custom Match Lobby,

Hosting team captain will type "R" when they're ready.

Other team captain will type "R" when they're ready

Hosting team will type "Ready Up."

then all players EXCEPT the host will click the Ready button.

 

BREAK

You have no longer than 15 Minutes of break between your BO3 games.

 

Disconnection/Mistakes/Lag

The player is fully responsible for any issues that may occur to him(Disconnection/Lag/WrongSidePick)

 

If NA vs EU match-up occurs:

GAME 1: NA Server, NA team PICKS MAP, EU team PICKS SIDE

GAME 2: EU server, EU team PICKS MAP, NA team PICKS SIDE

GAME 3: The team with the most rounds won over the 2 games; gets there server picked for last game (In case of draw, a coinflip by one of theEsportsHub Event Managers will determine the server for GAME 3) TheEsportsHub PICKS MAP, TheEsportsHub PICKS SIDE.

Max Players-

 

The ‘Max Players’ in the custom match setting must be set to the correct amount…

 

  • 1v1 = 2

  • 2v2= 4

  • 3v3 = 6

  • 4v4 = 8

  • 5v5 = 10

  • 6v6 = 12


 

Game Settings-

 

  • No in-game spectators are allowed!
     

  • Players are allowed to live stream their games if they wish, it is recommended to use a delay whilst streaming!
     

  • ‘Max. Players’ must be set to the correct amount.
     

  • Scores must be set to the correct amount
     

  • No more than 1 sniper per team is allowed
     

  • You are allowed to pick up enemy weapons from the ground, including snipers


 

Hosting-

 

  • The Host is responsible in making sure that the map, gamemode and settings are correct.

 

  • If a player can’t connect to the host, you must change the host.

 

  • You have no longer than 5 minutes between maps.

 

Host Drop - Disconnecting-

 

  • If the host lags out, or quits late into the map, it will result in a forfeit of the map without question.



 

Gameplay Settings-

 

  • The hosting team is responsible to ensure all settings are correct prior to beginning the match. If the settings are found to be incorrect and the host does not end the game, your team should acquire valid proof and subsequently leave the game. By continuing to play, it is at your own risk of losing the match.



 

Rosters-

 

  • A green eligibility icon will be displayed once you are eligible.
    All Ironsight callsigns on a team's roster must be valid. The callsign must be legitimately owned by the user on the roster.
     

  • If a team uses an ineligible player in a match they will forfeit the map the ineligible player participated in. Proof must be shown to support any claims of an ineligible player playing in a match.

 

 

Reporting-

 

  • Both teams are responsible for reporting ladder matches within 3 hours of its completion. If teams do not report matching results, the match will result in a dispute. Both teams are then required to submit a ticket regarding the dispute and include any valid proof they have.

 

  • Falsifying match scores may result in a penalty. Do not dispute a match you lost legitimately. Disputing on purpose is defined as knowingly reporting that you won a match despite the outcome of the match resulting in a loss for your team..
     

  • Matches that go unreported by one team will be reported automatically for the team that did report. Matches that go unreported by both teams will be deleted automatically.

 

  • To report a match visit the ‘match details page’. The founder or captain of the team MUST do this and ensure you are logged in! Please only report the SERIES win not per map.




 

Proof-

 

  • If your match has been disputed, in order to submit proof you must go to the match page, and click ‘submit proof’ at the top of the page in the red box.
     

  • Video proof is recommended, however screenshots are valid too.

 

  • When submitting proof, you must paste the hyperlinks to your proof in the URL boxes.
     

  • All proof submitted in your ticket needs to be from the match in question. If you submit proof from the wrong match/game or links to inappropriate material, you risk being penalized.
     

  • You need to show proof of winning each map/game in a set to be given the win for it. All proof must be clearly visible and show the in-game full scoreboard during the completion of that map/game. The proof must clearly show both team's players to be considered valid.

 

  • Proof needs to be large enough in size to clearly read all scores and gamertags. If you are attempting to show a restricted item being used you must show this in the form of video proof and include the scoreboard.
     

  • All proof should be uploaded to a website such as YouTube or Twitter. The URL link to the individual pictures/proof must be placed in a ticket.
     

  • All proof should remain available at the provided link for 7 days from the match time. Removing proof may result in the result being overturned.
     

  • For all glitching and cheating claims, the burden of proof is on the accuser. To submit a glitching or cheating claim, you must submit a ticket and include the URL link containing valid proof.



 

Cheating-

 

  • Teams caught cheating, glitching, hacking or abusing in-game mechanics in any way, may forfeit the map, match or be banned at a staff members discretion.
     

  • Teams caught boosting wins on the ladder will be permanently banned from the website.
