Failure to comply with this acceptable use policy constitutes a material breach of the terms of use upon which you are permitted to use our site, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:
Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our site.
Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by you to our site.
Issue of a warning to you.
Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.
Further legal action against you.
Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.
We exclude liability for actions taken in response to breaches of this acceptable use policy. The responses described in this policy are not limited, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.

Nothing in these terms of use excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Scots law.
These terms of use, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by Scots law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
Credits are non-refundable.
If you dispute a purchase on Paypal we will take legal action to recover all lost assets.
Prize Claim:
Prize claims must be completed within 24 hours of the end of the tournament otherwise the user may risk forfeiture of the prize.
Prizes are dependant and vary depending on how many participants signup to the tournament.
Prizes may take up to 72 hours to be processed.

*Prize shown is based on 32 teams competing and will change with the number of signups.
General Online Tournament Rules
The Esports Hub (“ESHUB”), will conduct online tournaments (each a “Tournament”) in accordance with: (i) ESHUB’s Terms of Service and ESHUB’s Privacy Policy; and (ii) these official rules (“Official Rules”), unless otherwise indicated. With respect to each specific Tournament, more detailed rules, Tournament start and end dates, description of potential prizes and other Tournament-specific information may be provided at the time of each Tournament.
THESE OFFICIAL RULES MAY BE UPDATED AND MODIFIED AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY REASON. RULINGS MAY BE MADE OUTSIDE THE SCOPE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES IN ORDER TO PRESERVE FAIR PLAY AND TOURNAMENT INTEGRITY. PARTICIPATION IN A TOURNAMENT CONSTITUTES YOUR FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND ESHUB’S DECISIONS, WHICH ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS AND IN ALL RESPECTS. Tournament Dates
Each individual tournament will be held on the scheduled dates provided by The Esports HUb
Tournament Entry
You must be an active and valid member of www.theesportshub.com. You must register via the registration form and signups are a first come first serve basis. Signups are open until the tournament is full or the scheduled start time passes.
For a tournament entry to be considered valid, participants must provide all necessary/requested information. Incomplete or more than one entries will see the participant as disqualified - one entry per person per tournament. All entries become the property of ESHUB and will not be acknowledged or returned. Please note that ESHUB is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
Potential Winners
Potential winners (“Potential Winners”) must comply with these official rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Potential Winners shall have no right to any prize unless the conditions set forth in these and any other applicable rules are satisfied. Potential winners must go to Prize Claims found on the user panel and ensure their paypal information is correct and working. If a Potential Winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or fails to sign and return the required documentation within fourteen (14) days of the first notification attempt, the Potential Winner forfeits his or her eligibility to claim a prize.
Potential Winners are limited to one prize package per Tournament. A description of the potential prizes, if any, will be provided for each individual Tournament. Prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for any other prize. In the case of unavailability of prize, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All taxes, gratuities and unspecified expenses are the sole responsibility of winner. Potential Winners who are eligible for award of a prize assume all liability for use of the prize.
Requirements of Potential Winners and Limitations.
Unless otherwise specified for an individual Tournament, all participants must be legal residents of BE , BG , CZ , DK , DE , EE , IE , EL , ES , FR , IT , LV , LT , LU , HU , MT , NL , HE , PL , PT , RO , SI , SK , FI , SE , UK , IS , LI , NO , CH , GB , AT , TR , HR , RU, or GR and at least 13-years old as of date of entry. Children under 13 are not permitted to register on this Site or for any Tournaments, and Sponsor will not knowingly collect information from children under age 13. If requested by ESHUB, winners must provide a copy of his/her government issued photo ID with proof of age. A parent or guardian of any participant who is a minor in his/her jurisdiction (under 18 years old, except in Alabama and Nebraska where a minor is under 19 years old) must sign a release on behalf of the minor to be eligible to receive a prize. Minors who do not have a signed release will not be eligible to receive a prize. Users should adhere to the age restrictions of games. Employees of the Sponsor, the Tournament's participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. Eligibility to receive a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Further Conditions
ESHUB is not responsible for any incorrect/inaccurate information, whether caused by users of the site or by any of the equipment/programming associated with the site or in any tournament. Moreover by any technical or human error, which may have occurred in the registration process, tournament entries or in connection with any tournament including, technical limitations or other events that may result in the disqualification or loss of ranking status of any participant in any tournament. ESHUB does not assume any responsibility for errors, interruptions, deletions, defects/delays, or site/tournament communication line failures. Additionally ESHUB does not take any responsibility for any theft or destruction of unauthorized access to or modification of any registration entries.
ESHUB and its employees, affiliates, sponsors, partners, suppliers, will not be responsible or accountable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any kind in any event.
Publicity
All participating participants give ESHUB and its affiliates permission to use names, nick-names, gamer tags, and likeness in promotional associations of this and other tournaments, and waive any claims of royalty or right for such use, unless otherwise agreed upon or where prohibited.
Decisions & Conduct
By participating in the Tournament, participants agree to abide the rules of each specific Tournament. Participants further agree to be bound by the decisions made by ESHUB, its employees, its volunteers, and other personnel. Participants who fail to abide by posted rules and gain unfair advantage, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Inappropriate or unsportsmanlike behavior is prohibited. All decisions concerning disputes are final.
Prize(s)
Prize(s) that may be awarded to eligible winner(s) are limited to one prize package per winner. A description of the prizes will be provided for each individual tournament. Taxes
Each Potential Winner who has satisfied the required contingencies to become eligible for the award of a prize is solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes on such prize. ESHUB or the Sponsor are not responsible for any unspecified expenses which shall be the responsibility of winners.
Miscellaneous
ESHUB reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule a tournament to a later date and time if for any reason a tournament is unable to be operated at its scheduled time/date.
