How to become Eligible

You must connect your Ironsight Callsign to your ESHUB profile. Please do that here.

How do tournaments work?

  1. Both teams should add each other in-game.
    1. You can find your opponents IDs, maps, times and everything else on the match details page. You can find this page by going to 'BRACKET' on the tournament and click between your team and your opponents team name. OR go to user-panel, my teams, [your team name], then scroll to the bottom to find your upcoming matches. Click on the magnifying glass.
  2. Once added, the match details page tells you who is host.
  3. You must also veto maps. You can use the in-game chat or match chat on the match details page for this (vetos are explained below).
  4. Then create a custom lobby with your opponents and play the match. Settings are found below.
  5. Brackets are generated at the start time.

How to report your win or loss

To report on the website, please follow these instructions:

  1. You must be the founder (creator) of the team.
  2. Please ensure you are logged in (sometimes, if you have left the website it will automatically log you out).
  3. Go onto your match details page (this is the page that shows both rosters, maps and times). This page can be accessed via the tournament bracket or by going onto your team profile (go to ‘My Team’s) and then scrolling to the bottom of this page. On the team profile, at the bottom, is a magnifying glass – click on this.
  4. On this page, you will see ‘Report’.

By continuing to play, it is at your own risk of losing the match.

Rosters-

  • A green eligibility icon will be displayed once you are eligible.
All Ironsight callsigns on a team's roster must be valid. The callsign must be legitimately owned by the user on the roster.

  • If a team uses an ineligible player in a match they will forfeit the map the ineligible player participated in. Proof must be shown to support any claims of an ineligible player playing in a match.
